They'd agree to abortions of disabled female fetuses, if it could be shown they would not breed.
Actually I don't believe they really are against it. As long as they, or men, had control of the decision they'd be fine with it.

In fact, if you think about it, as soon as a female is delivered of a baby boy,
that baby boy has the right to full equality, which its mother doesn't!
