KNHCR doesn't credit Assange or Wikileaks for the report as far as I can tell. But it is widely said Assange won an award in 2009 for the report. I have no expertise on human rights in Kenya or on the internal politics of KNHCR. I have, however, known several people who did professional human rights work; I'm under the impression the work sometimes requires skill and delicacy -- and there might be indications that Assange/Wikileaks lack the needed skill and delicacy in some circumstances:

you should stop right there and educate yourself before grasping at the death of two activists, who wanted the world to know about the cold-blooded murder of over 500 young men that the West helped Kenya cover up, to attack Assange.
