...the Bush Administration shipped over unaccounted for Billions of our tax dollars to Iraq on C-130's and handed it out to the locals?

How the US sent $12bn in cash to Iraq. And watched it vanish
Special flights brought in tonnes of banknotes which disappeared into the war zone

So of course now "our" government wants us to take cuts in this nation's social safety nets to help cover the cost, and the cost of these $2 Billion PER WEEK occupations (Iraq/Afghanistan).
Meanwhile, low tax rates on income over $250K earned will continue the "trickle-down" charade.
