sticker on the back window (which faded to white and is now gone). i have never been able to put stickers on any of my cars' bodies. maybe i will with my current oldie goldie. haven't found the right one yet, though.

A) The license bureau doesn't let you put just anything on a vanity plate...
B) The hue of black seen on the NOBOMA differs from the rest of the plate's print

If it is real, all you have to do is report a vanity plate for being vulgar/offensive and the bureau will have it reviewed. If they find it offensive they will notify the owner and have the plate replaced ASAP. Sometimes, a turd gets through the filter and the plates get printed/delivered.

My wife had a vanity plate pulled once - lol.

66. For what it's worth, I lived in Virginia for 8 years.

The plate looks genuine to me. If I'm remembering correctly, the "Virginia" part is in blue while the actual plate numbers/letters are in a darker blue--almost navy. The sunlight and the flash have washed the pic above out a bit, but it looks like the real thing.
