French fries, no ranch dressing, a brawl and tasers

A fight broke out Thursday night when the bar’s kitchen staff didn’t put ranch dressing on an order of fries. Two men, ages 41 and 43, were arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor assault for starting the fight.

One of the men was Tasered after putting a woman in a headlock. The other man punched a woman and a man. They became enraged when the fries they ordered were served without ranch dressing, police Lt. Brent Wasson said.

Sounds like they had a wicked-ass case of the stoner munchies, but since a fight broke out I would assume there was a significant quantity of alcohol involved as well.

For some people this year, Christmas will be the gentle laughter of children as they scamper around the tree, mischievously peeking at their brightly-wrapped presents, as the warm glow of the fireplace illuminates the scene. Mom and dad share a special hug and sip from that special bottle of wine sent by their friends down the street, and the delightful smell of freshly-baked pies fills the house.

For ME, Christmas is a couple of guys in a bar punching the everloving shit out of each other because they didn't get ranch dressing on their fries.

That news story says more about my feeling toward Christmas this year than I possibly could. That IS my Christmas. I probably won't punch anyone or get punched, but it FEELS like I'm getting punched. Over french fries.

29. Ranch on fries is excellent. I like to order it on the side and dip my fries in it.....

But it's gotta be good ranch dressing, not that buttermilk crap.
