Utter devastation - this is the second such quake in five months and many of the buildings were damaged then.

I'm listening to it now while I work. My gf lives in Christchurch and I haven't heard from her yet. She doesn't work, so she wouldn't have been in the business district. She was getting ready to move out of Christchurch this week, so I hope she's still able to do that. Of course, I hope that she's all right more than anything. I'll have to contact her family tonight and see if they're heard anything.
