Even with all that is going on in their own country, they are setting up refugee camps and mobile hospitals for Libyans fleeing the violence there. Are they setting a high bar for caring for others or what?

The Egyptians aren't a rich people. They must consider themselves fortunate in contrast to their neighbors. One more thing to be proud of, and it isn't ancient history!
