Remember 9/11/2001, the date that is revered by RW fanatics, probably even more then July 4th, 1776? All those firefighters and policemen that gave their lives going into the Twin Towers to help people? Those men were heroes, right? Here's the kicker.

1. It is astonishing how they have changed the message toward this group

They used them since 9/11 to cry for freedom and patriotism. But then turn around and kick them in the gut.

Everything else is simply said to further that end.

vote Republican in Ohio ... after Wall Street (Governor and undisclosed millions millionaire) John Kasich called them "idiots" ...

if it were a Dem saying anything like that (gee, remember Obama saying that the actions of the cop were stupid???), it would have been a 3 ring media circus, with Rush Limbaugh as the Ringmaster ...

3. They don't care...

they got all of the political capital they needed from them in 2004. It didn't quite work in 2008, it'll be interesting if they try and use it again in 2012.
