The old "bait and switch."
That's what federal prosecutors say a Georgia militiaman pulled to avoid electronic monitoring pending trial on charges he plotted an armed takeover of the courthouse in Monroe County, Tenn.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Will Mackie has filed a motion in U.S. District Court to revoke bond for Darren Wesley Huff.
Huff is accused of ferrying guns and ammunitions across state lines in April as part of a plan to take over the courthouse and, if necessary, the city of Madisonville after a grand jury there refused to indict President Barack Obama for treason.
