Then when someone does ask something he doesn't like, something minor, like medicare being dismantled, he orders police to escort the people who asked the question out, shouting while this is happening that he "WILL NOT BE INTIMIDATED".

I would have not been surprised to hear a 'Sig Heil' from the audience.
