"Your calling is calling" ==> "Get the Job"

I've noticed that Monster has changed the catch-phrase on at least some of their ads. What used to be the optimistic, self-actualized "Your calling is calling" is now being replaced with the much more prosaic and (if I may) harsh "Get the Job"

Seems we are slipping down a few rungs on Maslow's hierarchy these days.
