Charlie was arrested in the UK on the charge of: conspiracy to create a public nuisance.

He is a radical soul, a self-described anarchist, who megaphones the masses of their inherent worth, disparages war and governmental corruption. He believes all are of equal value and no individual should be considered a 'royal'. He is peaceful and considerate in his both his message and his means of delivery.
