Democrats could have used the exact same reasoning to pass their middle class tax cuts and let the rest expire but noooo, they said it had no effect on the deficit so could not be used...

11. That's actually not true at all for the 2001 tax cuts. Those passed with 62 votes. You are talking

about the 2003 tax cut package.
