The aristocracy has a specific specialization in ruling. And know they are no better then someone with some other talent.


What we see in most of culture, is that the person specialized in ruling private or public institutions, uses that for there own gain, not the role of what is best for society. They do that becuase they are also flawed, and buy into superiority.

There is a place for those skilled in leading, but they are not in leadership, or all the theft would not be happening. Those in much of leadership are those skilled at theft for self, using the claim of aristocracy, superiority, intelligence, righteousness, or some other claim, to rationalize it to themselves. The system trains people to do such things to get promotions.

If you don't cut labor in a company, you don't make the profit, and don't get the promotion. If you don't go against the workers when told to by person above you in that structure, that got there by making more profit, then you don't get a promotion.

The system trains appeasement to wrong, and doing wrong, in profit first motive.

Many people do stand up for what is right, in many of those places also, since they are people and can help defeat the goal of the Profit first motive, but the training is to not care and make money.
