| New to Netflix. Can you help? Here's what happened... |
|
We planned on getting Netflix - just the streaming part - so that we could catch up on past shows. Just two days before I started the trial, my son and his friend used our xbox to watch something. They used the friend's account to activate the xbox.
Now, we cannot figure out how to deactivate it and set up our account. I did some googling and I see there is a way to delete credentials and start over, but we can't find anything on the xbox to do this. Every time we start up xbox, it's the friend's account but my son's xbox live account.
Do any of you know how we can fix this? Thanks!

http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live/how-to/netflixthere are a lot of Google links for "setting up netflix on XBox 360" You might find a solution to your specific problem there.

Every time we start Netflix from the xbox, it just opens up to the friend's account.
I think we'll have to delete it from the xbox and then restart it. This makes me wonder why more people aren't sharing an account.
