A scary, but plausible dysfunctional future
The movie is "Sleep Dealers". It's partly in English partly in Spanish (with subtitles) and shows what the world is going to be like when corporations own everything from all the water to the right to send remote control drones after whoever they feel like killing.

It also shows a stark picture of income inequality taken to the extreme. I recommend it highly.
