'Torchwood - Children of the Earth' (season 3) falling off Netflix?

Instantwatcher.com has a notation that this will 'expire' Jan 28th. I'm totally bummed if this is true as I won't be back in the US until March. I've seen the whole series before, but I loved it and wanted to watch it again.

Can someone who can access the 'Instant' section of Netflix take a look and see if it true - please? And what about Season 1 & 2?

4. I just finished watching this

In my opinion. it's the best of the lot. It presents the moral dilemma of, do you sacrifice one to save many? Or, how many do you sacrifice to save more? If you must sacrifice anyone, how do you determine who? Great stuff.
