I suddenly lost the wireless on my roku, have had it for quite a while now. I did all the normal trouble shooting then decided to call them. Long story short we went over everything and found the wireless had gone bad and they are sending me a new box. I have had it so long I know it can possibly be under warranty, they didn't even ask, it took all of about 20 min, how cool is that?

We just bought a 2nd one so I hope they last a long time. We have been running them pretty hard this week. Is everything postage paid?

usually that means they include the shipping label for the return, guess I will find out in a few days. Crossing fingers that they put the new 1080 model in the box....

Now if I could just get my replacement delivered, its FedEx not Roku's fault... I can't believe how much I miss that little box.
