but this incident sure does beg the question why. 12 years of being teased? was it hazing, was it emotional instability? why didn't the jr. ROTC give them the tools to feel confident about themselves and let such teasing roll off their backs?
sad story, but i'm glad it's not the usual whipping boys caught this time. shows that something ain't right at home in america.
