Meanwhile, a lawyer representing at least 25 voters who feel their right to vote was violated said he would file a lawsuit Thursday directly to the Ohio Supreme Court. Cliff Arnebeck said the case will seek to document that election abuses in Ohio were widespread.

Cliff Arnebeck, I read in an article on FreePress.org is a lawyer with Common Cause. I think that is good news.

Can the recount still change the results after the state has 'certified' or is the hope that if the recounts go for Kerry even after certification the electors will vote for Kerry?
