Because it wasn't one of the following:
a) Syria
b) Iran
c) Iraq
d) Afghanistan
Sounds like the correct answer is more like:
e) Pakistan
But we wouldn't want to upset them, seeing as how they are ready to part with lots of cash to buy a big load of F-16s from us.
