The state Supreme Court will rule tomorrow on whether another 753 ballots can count (I think they'll find for Gregoire, saying they will count). If they rule for counting these ballots, you may expect a different outcome--or not. Look for Rossi to withdraw his suit ASAP if he thinks he lost on the recount anyway--he'll want those 753 votes counted, as his last chance---GOP Hypocrite that he is.

If he sticks with the suit, and gets the relief he's asked for, then the court will likely also rule that other counties that added votes must subtract them--which would be to his great detriment statewide....A new hand recount, and a couple hundred lost votes for him.

He is now officially between a hypocritical rock-and-a-hard-place. I hope he chokes on it...
