Every vote in King County should be counted. Gregoire won by more than 8 votes if all those votes are counted as they should be. You can't have different standards for each county. If they corrected votes in other counties then they have to allow King county to do the same. Result is that Christine Gregoire wins by an even larger margin, although 1 vote over her opponent is all that is legally required. She already has 8 so either way Rossi loses.
