7. There is much involvement by organized crime
in Indian gaming. Here's another example of attempted murder from the Seminole tribe regarding the shooting of Jim Shore, the Seminole's legal advisor.

Prior to the murder attempt, Chairman James Billie was removed as leader with Jim Shore leading the effort to remove him.
