Who is staying home to defend the homefront?
I think of the Guard as the people who handle domestic problems. They call out the National Guard for riots and disasters. Who is left to handle any problems we may have at home?
I heard they were short of National Guard manpower when it came to protecting the Hurricane victims against looters. Was this true?
