The United States used to be the forefront of international aid missions. We used to be the ones who cleaned up messes and got people back on track.
Now we are the war criminals. Now we are the ones who need policing.
I guess that I'm still stuck in the Clinton era about these things, where we actually helped people. That was what I was referring to.
