Problem solved. No state money, no tax cuts, no Medicaid nor Medicare and no government money at all, not one thin dime. Nothing for research, nothing for nursing nor medical schools, no breaks in the form of grants for students or scientists. Nothing.

The Catholic hospital folks might not like it too much, but they will be free to practice maltreatment as they see fit.
