BushCo is trying to narrow the definition of torture
to include only life-threatening or permanent injury.
Everything else, including some techniques from
the Inquisition, does not count.

BushCo is trying to redefine what is acceptable conduct.
It is only a matter of time before they apply that standard
to American justice.
