some not, who got pregnant because of BC failures. two of these cases were because the woman was on BC pills and was taking antibiotics. The doctor and/or pharmacist didn't warn them to use a backup method.

I've heard that myself, and I don't doubt it for a minute. How many times do they think is the minimum necessary, that's what I'd like to know?

Sounds like the US could use some televised public service announcements about this. (Yeah, I know that would be a hard sell in the US.)
