Energy commodity prices rose Wednesday on the New York Mercantile Exchange, with crude oil ending the session at more than $66 a barrel.

Prices for high-quality crude oil for May delivery were up 38 cents and settled at $66.45 per barrel.

Natural gas for April delivery was fractionally higher at $7.233 per million Btu
