Only her boss, the pResident and moron in chief, has a more sophisticated and smooth way of psychologically motivating people to move in the way he needs them to move (witness his famous "Bring 'em on!" request).

No wonder we currently have complete agreement for a Palestine/Israel settlement, calmness over the the Kurdish question, clarity and peaceful expectations in Pakistan, smooth relationships with Russia, a speedy resolution to the Darfur question, international cooperation on the global warming issue and, well, just countless other wonderful successes Dr. Rice's amazing diplomacy skills have brought to our grateful world.
