Even the title sucks. But it is descriptive of Bush's shaky understanding of what it means to be president. Some shit would happen, then the flunkies would come in with a few Powerpoints talkin' about what to do about it, and you'd have to make a decision and point to the one you liked best. Decision points--get it?
