I hope the suspect is indeed the individual who parked that car...and kudo's to law enforcement on this one...:patriot:

The next step is to find out if he was in this with anyone else...and prosecute him if the evidence warrants it.

BTW...he will most likely be prosecuted in NYC...showing us once again, that terrorists can, and should be prosecuted in civilian courts. If this guy is guilty, the chances of him seeing daylight again are minimal at best. Crimes such as this are against the American people, and should be handled as such under civilian and not military law.

Bomb didn't go off, suspect captured, to be arraigned today in Federal Court in Manhattan...Can't ask for a whole lot more than that!
