As Michael Moore pointed out on Rachel's show last night, Bradley was doing what the Nuremberg Trials told us we should do: speak out against atrocities. Yes, military personnel are given orders & strict guidelines to follow for good reason, but when the purpose is ill gain, there's a moral obligation to speak out.
