Sure they are! Safe and secure could apply to keeping him locked in a wooden box. Wouldn't put it past them. Based on the US Military's track record, he's probably being waterboarded. Someone needs to be able to see and talk with him.

If the govt. doesn't have anything to hide then they shouldn't be worried. Right??? :evilgrin:
