and it continues on. Even Canada Post has just its outsourced its support staff to India, they gave the layoff notices just before the Easter holiday. Harper would love nothing better than to totally privatize it along with many other crown assets.
These new jobs are mostly part time with no benefits... more crappy service sector jobs. Can't get by on them, especially in the city without help of the food banks.
