Ed Schultz Suspended for ‘Slut’ Comment directed at Laura Ingraham

MSNBC has suspended Ed Schultz for one week after he called fellow radio talker Laura Ingraham a “slut” twice on his radio show yesterday.

Schultz will address the remarks on his show tonight, and then take a week off. “Remarks of this nature are unacceptable and will not be tolerated,” reads the MSNBC statment.

I think that his suspension was justified. I am a fan of his and I agree with him most of the time, but comments like that are unacceptable.
