18. This Guy was Very Dangerous and They Lost Him?
There is much about this story that is scary. Apparently the captive was a very bad person - so what happens to him?

According to the news story, once the prisoner was returned to Iraq, the interrogations ceased because the prisoner was entirely lost in the system.

As a result, Tom Malinowski of Human Rights Watch asked a logical question: “If they thought he was such a threat that he could not get Red Cross visits, then how come such a threatening prisoner got lost in the system?”
