Investment by the $100k+ crowd has been very disappointing due to worries about the stock market (Enron), the war, and oil prices. That has been made worse by worries about the economy in the past two years. Trickle down has been tried three times and failed each time. In action it is truely a give-away to the rich at the expense of the workers. Republican voters are rightly called poorly informed, easily led (on), and insular in their thinking. IMO voting and parenting should accompany required reading with follow up tests. Dimson likes people taking tests, he wouldn't be in politics if voters were informed in economic and social histories.
