Even if you've been lurking for a year, allow me to welcome you to the water as a posting member. I share your concern about the future blowback. Combine the factors you listed with the unknown side effects of the pharma cartel drugs these people were forced to take and lord knows what we are going to see. I remember the crisis we saw in so many families after Vietnam. Given the fact that our society is even more stressful and the worst persident ever has not allocated sufficient resources for medical or mental health care for the families and soldiers, I think we are going to see tragedy on a scale no one can imagine.
