By the age of 6 a kid should have control of their sphincter. It is abnormal development for a kid that age to not have control, and if he did it on purpose, we're talking even more problems. I have no anger towards this child, but all the scorn in the world for parents who are incapable of devoting the time and attention needed to assist their oh-so-precious progeny to engage in publicly acceptable behavior.
