WHITE HOUSE Commenting on the Iraqi insurgency, President Bush says "there are still some in Iraq who aren't happy with democracy."

The president told his news conference he believes the U-S is "making really good progress in Iraq, because the Iraqi people are beginning to see the benefits of a free society."Bush noted the approval of a partial Cabinet in Iraq, saying "democracy is taking hold."
