Another one of THOSE headlines. :eyes:

A couple of years back, it was all about how torture can't be relied on to gather useful, truthful information.

A Pentagon CYA tactic regarding "the unfortunate cases of abuse" that were part of the strategy all along. Now, they're making like they just didn't have enough info. They studied this crap going in. They knew what they were doing, and did it intentionally. No weaseling out of it now, fellas.
