Now, if you have a chart which shows Bush's annual budget projections going back to the first year he made them which I believe was 2002 we could run comparisons of those projections against actual and see how he came out. They usually ran those projections out for a decade or so showing how the deficits would fall each year. In truth they never have under Bush II nor did they with Reagan and Bush I. Clinton/Gore second term was the only period where surpluses occurred and progress on National Debt actually happened. Stick that in your Peanuts column!
