58. So where's the campaign promise to stop outsourcing that you were refering to?
I don't see any promise to end outsourcing, all I see here is a vow to end tax breaks
for companies that do it:

"Unlike John McCain, I will stop giving tax breaks to companies that ship jobs overseas,
and I will start giving them to companies that create good jobs right here in America,"

And of course we all now know (thanks to your later post) that he has done his part in the
process by issuing the proposal to Congress, which means the ball is now in their court.

Looks to me like your beef should rightly be with Congress, not the President.
