43. Recommended. (Maybe we can get 100 recommends.) Seems as though Bybee wrote what he did to make
sure Bush appointed him for a judgeship. I don't think he should keep it. I'd feel bad for his family, but he'll probably write a book and make at least a couple of milion. And one less Republican on the bench is always a good thing.
