45. NOT a little fish. It is looking more and more like he was given his seat on
the 9th circuit court of appeals as a reward for writing that memo. Very important to get this guy. It would affect many future decisions by judges trying to be corrupted.
It also sets the ground work for future prosecutions. If others are brought to justice they are going to want to point to this memo and say, "just following legal advice". If one can turn to that advice and say "that judge was fired for that advice", it helps a lot.
