4. "No longer be contained"? There is never any chance of containing . . .
A disease that can transmit with relative ease between humans (not saying that I know how easily this particular disease is transmitted). Reduce subsequent infection by public health measures (e.g., hand washing, cancellation of public events, school closures, etc.), sure. But "containment"? Fugeddaboudit.
