election, we voted for Democrats to put a stop to their tactics.

Unemployment benefits should never have been allowed to be tied to the Bush Tax Cuts.

Social Security should never have been allowed to be tied to the deficit.

It was in his hands to control those issues, AND he had the power to do so.

We, the 'lesser people' as his Co-Chair of the Deficit Commission refers to us as, were very familiar with the tactics of Republicans. Why wasn't he?

He just added billions to the Deficit he claims to be trying to reduce.

And his Republican friends are calling this a 'surrender'.
