What you have posted in no way "confirms" that the 2004 election was stolen as you state in your title. Note the uses of the word "possible" in the first two findings.
Summary....the findings that you posted say that the voting system was capable of being "defrauded". No where does it provide ANY evidence that it was "defrauded".
